Co-founder, CEO, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Training Director

Dr. O’Hearn earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from William James College and completed her APA-accredited internship at the University of Kansas. During her graduate school training, she received supervision from psychoanalytically trained supervisors where she honed her practice in psychodynamic therapy. She has worked in various outpatient settings, such as community mental health centers, college student centers, and private practice. She enjoys helping those who experience burn out, anxiety, perfectionism, depression, low self-esteem, and/or relational trauma. She has a knack for empowering clients, helping them set healthy boundaries in order to get their needs met.
In 2024, Dr. O’Hearn co-founded Insights Psychological Services, PLLC with Scott Smith, LMHC, creating a supportive environment for both clients and clinicians to foster growth, reflection, and healing.

Postdoctoral Fellow

Dr. Samantha Jackson earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. She has experience providing psychotherapy to young adults, adults, older adults, veterans, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), life transitions, relationship concerns, executive dysfunction/ ADHD, and stress-related challenges. Dr. Jackson also has specialized experience supporting gestational carriers, intended parents, and individuals navigating fertility- and family-building-related concerns.
Dr. Jackson proudly served 14 years in the U.S. Navy, an experience that continues to shape her commitment to service, resilience, and compassionate care. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), providing behavioral interventions and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) to help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, develop practical coping skills, and achieve meaningful, lasting change. Dr. Jackson is currently completing her postdoctoral fellowship under the supervision of Dr. Jonas Bromberg.

Advanced Postdoctoral Clinician

Dr. Albert earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from William James College and is an advanced post-doctoral fellow providing integrative, compassionate and collaborative individual therapy for adults across the lifespan. She has extensive training working with a diverse group of young adults and adults across life stages in college/university counseling centers as well as community health centers and a successful postdoctoral fellowship with a large behavioral health provider. She completed an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship providing integrative behavioral health and individual therapy within a Boston community health center. Aranya is working under the supervision of Andrea Butterfield, PsyD.

Working under the supervision of Dr. Jeff Brand, Keith is a compassionate and skilled clinician specializing in psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT). He earned a BA in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University and an MA and CAGS in School Psychology from William James College, and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP, 2020).

Clinical Supervisor

Dr. Butterfield is a clinical supervisor at Insights Psychological Services. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University. In 2013, she completed her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree at William James College. As a clinical psychologist, she currently maintains a private practice based in Amherst, Massachusetts, where she works primarily through telehealth services.
Prior to private practice Dr. Butterfield worked in community mental health, inpatient psychiatry and college counseling centers in Boston. Her supervision style is compassionate, non-judgmental, reflective, and thoughtful, welcoming questions and humor.

Teens and adults navigate emotional challenges, developmental transitions, family conflict, anxiety, mood disorders, and questions of meaning and purpose.

Clinical Supervisor

During his career he has been affiliated with the following organizations: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (1991–1999); Harvard Medical School (1992–2023); Boston Children’s Hospital (1992–2023); Human Relations Service (1994–2023); and the Pediatric Physicians’ Organization at Children’s (2013–2023). In 2026, Dr. Bromberg joined Insights Psychological Services as a Clinical Supervisor. As a supervising psychologist, he blends family systems, relational, and cognitive-behavioral perspectives to help supervisees develop knowledge, skills, and confidence to be effective clinicians.

While she provides therapy in her own private practice, Stefanie serves as a consultant to Insights Psychological Services and participates in our advanced psychology training program, presenting on trauma and eating disorders. Stefanie is also a designated covering supervisor for Dr. O’Hearn.
