If you’re paying out-of-pocket, you’re entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of your expected charges before your visit. It outlines your primary services and any related care, giving you clear visibility on costs.
Accepted Payment Methods
To process online payments, simply add debit/credit, FSA, or HSA card in your client portal under “Billing”. Session fees or co-pays are charged after each session.
We ask clients to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to allow clinicians to adjust their schedules. Late cancellations (including due to illness, emergency, or being outside Massachusetts) are subject to a fee equal to the session rate (e.g., $200 for individual sessions).
Occasionally, coordinators may consult with other providers to ensure quality care. With your consent, consultations over 20 minutes are billed at a prorated amount based on our session fees.
