Current Job Opening

Role Description:
•Full-time remote position for a Licensed or License-eligible Clinical or Counseling Clinician.
•Provide therapy sessions to clients (individuals and/or couples) via a telehealth platform.
•Conduct initial diagnostic assessments.
•Develop personalized treatment plans.
•Maintain accurate session documentation.
•Participate in case consultations, supervision, and team meetings.
•Build strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
 
Qualifications:
•Utilizes a psychodynamic, relational, or attachment-based therapeutic orientation.
•Enjoys working with insightful, motivated clients.
•Holds a valid professional license or is eligible for licensure (e.g., PsyD, PhD, EdD, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
•Proficient in diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and therapy delivery for individuals and/or couples.
•Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
•Comfortable using telehealth platforms for virtual therapy.
•Able to work independently while collaborating through virtual team meetings and consultations.
•Committed to continuing education and professional growth in mental health.
•Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
•Minimum 1 year experience working with college students, professionals, or couples.
