Using a relational and psychodynamic approach, we center the clinician–client relationship, because meaningful connection is the foundation of lasting change.
No matter what challenges you’re facing — stress, anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions — growth is possible. We guide you with proven strategies to explore, reflect, and take action.
Our primary approach is psychodynamic therapy, focusing on relational patterns, attachment styles, and understanding how past experiences shape present relationships. To provide personalized care, we also incorporate techniques from other therapies as needed, including ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, ADHD therapy and coaching, and talk therapy. This allows us to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
Connect with our coordinator for a quick chat, ask questions, and share what brings you to therapy. You will then be thoughtfully matched with the therapist who best fits your needs.
Create a plan that works for you
The next few sessions (usually 3–6) will focus on establishing rapport and trust. You’ll explore how therapy feels for you and will be encouraged to provide feedback to your therapist. This collaborative stage lays the foundation for meaningful growth and healing.
Ongoing Therapy
The deeper work begins, examining patterns, processing emotions, and learning practical skills and strategies to cope. While everyone’s journey is unique, research shows many clients notice significant improvement within 12 weeks.
