Advanced Psychology Student Training Program
Our training program is for advanced practicum psychology students (year 3 or year 4) who have obtained their master's degree in clinical, counseling, or a related field.
We are looking for psychology students who have experience working with transitional youth and/or adults for at least 1-year, preferably 2+ years and experience providing therapy via telehealth.
Please apply if you are relationally or dynamically oriented with your approach to psychotherapy and you are interested in learning about psychoanalytic/psychodynamic theory.

Training Program Structure
2025-2026 academic training year begins August 18th, 2025 and ends July 1, 2026.
~24 hours per week for 10.5 months.
Staff meetings, group supervision, and seminars/workshops are held every Wednesday.
Didactics on psychodynamic therapy will also be held weekly. Trainees will be provided relevant read
Guest speakers will present throughout the year on pertinent topics (e.g., trauma and grief).
Process-oriented supervision will be held for 1-hour 2x/week.
Trainees will learn how to do case conceptualization/formulations using different theories.
