Ashley O'Hearn, PsyD

Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Training Director

Dr. O’Hearn earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from William James College and completed her APA-accredited internship at the University of Kansas, training in Cognitive Processing Therapy, ADHD assessment, and psychodynamic therapy. She also received supervision from Harvard-affiliated psychoanalytic supervisors, honing her expertise in relational and psychodynamic approaches.
In 2022, Dr. O’Hearn co-founded Insights Psychological Services, PLLC with Scott Smith, LMHC, creating a supportive environment for both clients and clinicians to foster growth, reflection, and healing.

Scott Smith, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Assistant Training Director, and Intake Liaison

Scott Smith earned his Master’s in Counseling from Assumption College (2007), specializing in CBT for adults. He completed an intensive internship at The Bridge of Central Massachusetts, training in DBT for individuals and groups, and has decades of experience across agencies and private practices.
In 2019, Scott launched a solo practice focused on individual and couples therapy using EFT, and later co-founded Insights Psychological Services, PLLC with Ashley O’Hearn to create a collaborative space for both clients and clinicians.

Emma Cappadona, MA

Clinical Psychology Doctoral Intern

Emma earned her Master’s in Professional Psychology from William James College and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, working under Dr. O’Hearn from August 2025 to July 2026.
She has trained across partial hospitalization programs, community mental health centers, and private practices, gaining experience with a wide range of clients and mental health needs.

Keith Wasserboehr, MA, CAGS, NCSP

Clinical Psychology Doctoral Intern

Keith is a compassionate and skilled clinician specializing in psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT). He earned a BA in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University and an MA and CAGS in School Psychology from William James College, and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP, 2020).
With experience across Massachusetts General Hospital, McLean Hospital, and public schools, Keith brings a broad perspective on mental health.

Stefanie Landau, PsyD

Clinical Consultant

Stefanie Landau is a clinical psychologist with eight years of experience, specializing in contemporary psychoanalytic approaches. She provides therapy, consultation, and supervision with a focus on trauma, parts-work, and eating disorders.
She serves as a consultant to Insights Psychological Services and participates in advanced psychology training programs, presenting on specialized clinical topics. Stefanie is also a designated covering supervisor for Dr. O’Hearn.
